Happy Thanksgiving!
We know that 2020 is shaping up to be one strange year that has drastically altered most everyone’s holiday plans… So, we, the team here at The Film Rewind, wanted to share that we are so thankful for our families, friends, and dedicated blog readers, and wanted to wish everyone a Happy (and safe!) Thanksgiving! Whether your turkey day plans include whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, spending some time video chatting with loved ones, watching A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (1973, dirs. Bill Melendez and Phil Roman) for the umpteenth time, snuggling with your fur babies, or finding some way to relax and reset in the midst of this pandemic, there are truly no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ ways to observe the holiday… So long as you are properly socially distancing, of course!
We hope everyone stays safe and finds creative ways of making this holiday memorable. Whatever your Thanksgiving plans include, check out some pictures of two very sleepy kitties (because waiting for that pre-turkey-coma is just such hard work, don’t yah know…), and enjoy your Turkey Day!
What is your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? How do you plan to spend the holiday this year? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and be sure to check back soon for our reviews of The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)! Did you remember to watch, or re-watch, our November Film Club pick yet?
